Yes. You must create a unique profile on the specific Samarth portal you are using before you can access or submit any admission forms.

1. Start Registration: Click the "New Registration" button on the portal's homepage. 2. Enter Personal Details: Fill in your full name (exactly matching your Class X marksheet), date of birth, active email address, and a working mobile number. 3. Create Password: Set a strong password and enter the required captcha code. 4. Verify OTP: You will receive two separate OTPs — one on your email and one on your mobile. Enter OTP to successfully activate your account.

Click the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the login page. Enter your registered email ID and the captcha code. The system will immediately send a password reset link to your email.

1. Log In: Log in to the dashboard using your registered email and password. 2. Complete Your Profile: Fill in your personal, academic, and contact details. 3. Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature, and scanned copies of your academic marksheets. 4. Select Programmes: Browse the available institutions and select the specific programmes you want to apply for. 5. Preview and Confirm: Double-check all entered information, read the declaration, and submit the form. 6. Pay Application Fee: Pay the required fee through the integrated payment gateway and download the acknowledgment slip.

If your application is not complete, you must resume it to successfully submit it. You will not be able to see or select that particular programme again from the available list if its application is already in progress. Instead, locate the incomplete application on your dashboard and click "Resume" to finish and submit.

If you have successfully submitted the form, paid the fee, and downloaded your acknowledgment slip, your application is complete. You can safely ignore the "Apply" button.

Payments are handled exclusively through the portal's online payment gateway. You can use a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

If your fee was deducted but the portal does not confirm your application submission, your application is considered incomplete. Because you cannot participate in the admission process or entrance exams without a successfully submitted form, you must take the following steps: 1. Pay again to submit: Complete a new payment to ensure your application status successfully changes to "Submitted." 2. Apply for a refund: Once your application is successfully submitted, contact the portal's helpdesk with proof of the first deducted transaction (Transaction ID, date, Application ID, and bank statement) to request a refund for the initial failed payment.

The Don'ts (What to Avoid): • Do not press the Back or Refresh (F5) button. • Do not close the browser window until redirected. • Do not double-click the 'Pay' or 'Submit' button. • Do not switch apps (on mobile) to read OTP if possible. • Do not wait too long on the OTP page to avoid session timeout. The Do's (Best Practices): • Do keep your card/UPI details ready before starting. • Do ensure a stable internet connection. • Do note down the Reference/Transaction ID immediately. • Do wait patiently during the processing screen. • Do check your daily transaction limits beforehand.
